Curved sheets
Curved sheets are as easy to fix as any other cladding system providing the following simple recommendations are adhered to:
- The sheets should be fastened to the supporting framework by a self-drilling type fastener.
- Care must be taken to apply the fixings correctly to ensure a good weathertight seal at the point where the sheet is fixed.
- Sheeting should commence at a fixed point, such as a corner unit and then proceed away from that point.
- It is always imperative to commence sheeting in correct alignment to the supporting structure. (This is vital as only a minimum adjustment or realignment with the sheeting is possible as the work proceeds).
- Each tier of sheeting should be laid complete and fixed before the next is started.
| Dimension | Min | Max |
|---|---|---|
| DIM 'A' | 150*mm | 2000mm |
| DIM 'B' | 150*mm | 2000mm |
| R1 | 400mm | 1535mm |
| X | 3° | 135° |
| PANEL LENGTH | 5000mm |
DIM 'B' is run out leg and will therefore vary.
*Leg 'A' or 'B' must be a minimum of 400mm for manufacturing purposes.
Vented Sheets
This provides an effective way of ventilating walls. Ventclad is available in 32mm deep profile and in any length up to a maximum of 6 metres. Either whole or part of the sheet may be vented.

Technical information
Vents are 50mm centres but can be variable if a higher degree of ventilation is required.
Due to the manufacturing process a minimum border of 50mm at the top and 300mm at the bottom of each sheet will be unvented.
The maximum sheet length available is 6 metres.
